An NHS Trust with Two 'In-House' Laundries

This trust was running 2 laundries processing 3.9m pieces of linen per year at a cost of 41.2p each. On top of these high running costs an investment of £2.5m over the next 10 years would have been required to keep the 2 laundries operational.
