Quality is at the heart of everything Synergy Health does and this is typified at SHLS. The quality of the service SHLS provides is of paramount importance; not only in the level of personal, professional customer liaison and support but also in ensuring the quality and integrity of the results generated.

In the field of toxicology SHLS holds UKAS accreditation for many of the services provided and has held this accreditation for a number of years. UKAS accreditation is maintained through passing regular inspections and maintaining continuous high standards. Synergy Health’s commitment to quality is typified by having the only UKAS accredited Collection Service. SHLS is also accredited to the clinical pathology Association (CPA) for the full range of testing it performs.

Extensive work within the rail industry has led to Synergy Health being awarded RISQS accreditation, the UK rail industry supplier qualification scheme. RISQS provides a single common registration, thorough qualification and audit processes and is compulsory for all suppliers to the rail industry. SHLS has successfully maintained that accreditation over the past few years through completion of annual audits.
