Synergy Health places quality at the center of everything, it is the core element of every service and product.  Synergy complies with national and international quality standards and other relevant legislation including guidance documentation, hospital procedures & policies and industry good practice.

Synergy Health’s Hospital Sterile Services facilities have validated cleaning, decontamination, and sterilisation processes which ensure products delivered to our customers are safe for use.  The Synergy Quality Management Systems ensure that employees are adequately trained, and that routine inspections are performed at key points in the processes.

We have developed a proprietary track and trace software system, SynergyTrak, that ensures products are processed and tracked properly to provide unrivalled quality service.

Synergy Health’s Hospital Sterile Services facilities comply with the current versions of the following regulations (where applicable):

  • EN ISO 9001
  • EN ISO 13485
  • Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC, as amended, and harmonised standards
  • Choice Framework for Local Policy and Procedures (CFPP)
  • 21 CFR Part 820, 803, 807
