We have strong links with certified bodies such as the Chartered Management Institute through which a number of our senior and middle managers have successfully completed certified courses. As a healthcare provider we are strongly regulated by our awarding bodies and we ensure that all of our employees are fully trained to the required standard, across all of our sites.

As a FTSE 250 company we ensure that 25% of our board is represented by women and have an established women’s mentoring programme to ensure that women within the business receive the required support and development required to progress.
