Synergy Health is delighted to be launching the new
ComfiPRESSION™ range of leg hosiery and liner kits. Designed to
treat and manage venous disorders, this cost effective range is an
ideal alternative to traditional compression bandages, and is
available on Drug Tariff.
This discreet and comfortable new 2 piece compression system is
safe and easy to apply for both clinicians and patients. The 10mmHg
liner facilitates the smooth application of the hosiery stocking,
and together they consistently apply a known pressure of 40mmHg
compression at the ankle.
Also on display will be our Exsudex™ wound drainage system,
Exsu-Seal™ hydrogel wound seal and the well established Comfi range
of tubular bandages and easywrap suit.
Exsudex™
provides wound drainage by means of topical negative pressure,
leading to effective wound management. The Exsudex™ system is
indicated for use on many wound types including pressure ulcers,
chronic wounds, venous/arterial ulcers and dehisced incisions. The
system is simple to use, offers a wide range of negative pressure
settings, is portable with 12 hour battery capacity. Exsudex™ is
available to rent or purchase and a range of Exsu-fast kits and
consumables are now available via NHS Supply Chain. Our Exsu-Seal™
dressing is a hydrogel wound seal specially designed for the sacral
area and can be used with the Exsudex™ system.
Another recent addition to Synergy’s product portfolio is the
ComfiFAST™ range of easy to apply washable clothing for
Teenagers and
Adults. Available in 3 sizes, the vests and
leggings can be used for wet and dry wrapping in the treatment of
atopic eczema. They complement the comprehensive children’s range
already available on Drug Tariff and NHS Contract. The garments are
convenient and comfortable to
wear, with a 2-way stretch material which stays
soft, even after repeated washing.
