SSD technicianSynergy is committed to providing a service which not only meets but exceeds expectations. Not all customers are the same and we understand operating procedures can be different. Synergy prefers to meet regularly with all of our customers to listen to, and understand, the service needs.

 

We believe that our Synergy sterile service facilities are experts in understanding and appreciating the local requirements. Which is why Synergy does not operate a central customer services desk, but it is the local Synergy team that is the first point of contact for our customers. It is this team that will also be able to respond quickest to any changes in the service requirements.

Val OBrien, Customer Services Director

Technical Lead

Val O’Brien is Synergy's Technical Lead. Val has worked across all healthcare sectors, which has included over 20 years in the NHS in Sterile Services and general management; as Principal Technical Advisor for NHS Estates, DH; and more recently as a senior executive in private industry. She continues to be involved in government and industry committees on decontamination related issues and has the honour of being the Director of Technical Support and Immediate Past Chairman of the Institute of Decontamination Sciences.
